Job Overview
Somerville Fit-Out is seeking a skilled Finishing Sprayer to bring the final touch of quality to our bespoke joinery projects. You’ll be responsible for achieving flawless finishes that showcase the craftsmanship of our workshop, ensuring every piece leaves to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, prime, and spray a variety of bespoke joinery items with precision
- Deliver seamless finishes with accurate colour matching and consistency
- Take ownership of maintaining an organised, safe, and efficient spray area
- Work closely with joiners, fabricators, and other workshop specialists to deliver projects on time
- Champion safe working practices and always uphold health & safety standards
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sprayer within joinery, furniture, or a related craft environment
- Strong practical knowledge of spraying methods, finishing products, and surface preparation
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to producing first-class results
- Ability to manage your own workload while contributing effectively to a team
