Production Joinery Estimator with associated procurement and business development duties.

  • Reporting to Head of Production
  • Joinery estimating and take-offs
  • Assisting Commercial Manager with take-offs
  • Reviewing drawings and compiling procurement schedules (Compile component take-off schedules ensuring materials and goods are procured efficiently and on time)
  • Leading the roll out of the Procore Management system and providing support to site/design/production teams with same
  • Overseeing drawing management function through Procore
  • Assisting Head of Production with the programming of production projects and liaising with site teams to ensure schedules align
  • Communicating with and managing production suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing the supply chain, and ensuring best value for money
  • Business Development for fit out and joinery production
