- Reporting to Head of Production.
- Joinery estimating and take-offs.
- Assisting Commercial Manager with take-offs.
- Reviewing drawings and compiling procurement schedules (Compile component take-off schedules ensuring materials and goods are procured efficiently and on time).
- Leading the roll out of the Procore Management system and providing support to site/design/production teams with same.
- Overseeing drawing management function through Procore.
- Assisting Head of Production with the programming of production projects and liaising with site teams to ensure schedules align.
- Communicating with and managing production suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing the supply chain, and ensuring best value for money.
