This is a great opportunity for a motivated Site Manager to join an expanding site team, carrying out a range of innovative and exciting projects.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our growing fit-out team. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will manage projects based in Northern Ireland & Dublin, and where required the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the UK. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including managing multiple sub-contractors, communicating with clients, as well as dealing with the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams. You will be required to have an up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters as well as an understanding of all current legislation and good practices. You should be proactive in your approach to the role and possess excellent project management skills throughout the course of each contract, with a desire and commitment to grow with the company.
Essential:
- Experience working in commercial fit-out
- Willingness to work in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the rest of the UK if required
- Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- An efficient and well-organised individual with strong site management experience
- Experience with programmes
- People management experience
- Scheduling and Procurement of materials
- Communication with and coordination of sub-contractors and clients
- Prioritises Health & Safety
- IT literate
- Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
- First Aid Training
- Experience in high end joinery
- CSCS/CSR/SMSTS card
- Flexibility for working hours: willing to work overtime / nights and weekends when required
- Experience using PROCORE software is advantageous.
