Summary: Responsible for supervising a team of operatives, supporting client projects.

Improving operational efficiency, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving sustainable practices across all operations.

Key

Responsibilities: Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operations team to meet productivity and quality targets.

Client Project Support Oversee the preparation and assembly of kits.

Carry out accurate stock takes and maintain inventory control systems.

Reporting any faulty/damaged equipment Ensure all client requirements are met with precision and consistency.

Sustainability & Efficiency Identify and implement lean working methods to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and support the companys environmental goals.

Health & Safety Supervision Health & Safety

Supervision: Enforce company health and safety policies, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance across the recycling area.

Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace.

Report and investigate incidents or near misses and take corrective actions.

Project Management Support Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate workflows, communicate updates, and contribute to planning discussions.

Assist with analysing assets submitted for recycling breaking down into elements, recording weights, photographing and documenting (Experience not essential).

Liaise with Logistics Manager.

Stakeholder Communication Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and logistics to ensure materials and stock flow smoothly in line with operational needs.
