Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Stock Controller to oversee and manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stock and inventory management within a similar industry, along with strong working knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective stock control and reconciliation.
- Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively across departments to maintain stock integrity.
- Conduct regular inventory stocks.
- Maintain and update daily records of stock inventory, including stock movement, adjustment, and discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock control or inventory management.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confident in using ERP or WMS systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (preferable).
