Stock Controller Reporting To: Head of Production

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Stock Controller to oversee and manage our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stock and inventory management within a similar industry, along with strong working knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective stock control and reconciliation.
  • Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to maintain stock integrity.
  • Conduct regular inventory stocks.
  • Maintain and update daily records of stock inventory, including stock movement, adjustment, and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stock control or inventory management.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confident in using ERP or WMS systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (preferable).
