Production Joinery Estimator with associated procurement and business development duties.
Reporting to: Head of Production
Responsibilities:
- Joinery estimating and take-offs
- Assisting Commercial Manager with take-offs
- Reviewing drawings and compiling procurement schedules (Compile component take-off schedules ensuring materials and goods are procured efficiently and on time)
- Leading the roll out of the Procore Management system and providing support to site/design/production teams with same
- Overseeing drawing management function through Procore
- Assisting Head of Production with the programming of production projects and liaising with site teams to ensure schedules align
- Communicating with and managing production suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing the supply chain, and ensuring best value for money
- Business Development for fit out and joinery production
