It builds and strengthens lifelong relationships with alumni, donors, and friends of the College. The team leads fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement, events, and communications, helping to secure philanthropic support that enables Somerville to deliver an outstanding educational experience and achieve its strategic priorities.
Team members are trusted with a high degree of autonomy and encouraged to apply their expertise, creativity, and professional judgement to shape initiatives and deliver meaningful impact.
