The ideal candidate will have some awareness of the issues surrounding widening access and participation at Oxford, as well as having excellent communication skills, including accurate written and spoken English, very good IT skills and they will be willing and able to work flexibly as part of a small team.
Ideally, you will have recent experience of being a student at a high demand university such as Oxford and an understanding of the Oxford admissions process, although this is not essential.
