Boutique concierge company based in Kensington is looking for an excellent Personal / Executive Assistant to support busy Directors and a small, close-knit office team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, efficient and proactive, who enjoys working in a small team where everyone mucks in. You will work closely with the CEO and Managing Director while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The role
- PA and EA support to the CEO and Directors
- Diary management, meetings, appointments and reservations
- Business and personal travel support
- Day-to-day admin including expenses, gifts and ad hoc requests
- Supporting business projects and internal initiatives
- Assisting with personal projects when required
- Helping manage office operations and suppliers
- Supporting lifestyle team needs including events, travel and documents
- Maintaining systems, databases and accurate time recording
