About the Role

Somerset White is looking for a new lifestyle manager to join their team in London, W8. You will be working as part of a team of 4 helping our clients with their requests. This is a more senior role, so candidates should have worked in a similar field and have a proven track record in exceptional service provision for UHNW clients, such as a high level lead PA or EA, luxury travel or destination event management.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and booking restaurants
  • Organizing high detail travel
  • Recruiting for household staff
  • Sourcing tickets
  • Detailed research work required for client requests for recommendations for travel, healthcare, fitness, beauticians and educational specialists
  • Putting together cultural activities suggestion documents
  • Property management

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years prior experience in a similar role (concierge, lifestyle management, EA/PA or hospitality/luxury travel industry)
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with UHNW travel
  • An understanding of the service levels required by UHNW clients
  • An extremely proactive and positive manner
  • A keen eye for detail and strong work ethic
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines/under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Required Skills

Successful candidates will be professional, have a keen eye for detail, proactive and positive, and ideally have some people management experience. They will also have a very good knowledge base of London, especially around our clients\\\' interests such as latest restaurant and hotel openings, best in class suppliers, and be abreast of latest cultural offerings, etc.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance / plus 5% for company performance / plus revenue incentives.
  • Job Type: Full-time / 9am - 6pm with some weekend work (compensated for)
