The Role

We’re looking for a smart, switched-on Senior Lifestyle Assistant (SLA) to support our Client team. This is a fast-paced, detail-led role that blends research, logistics, and lifestyle curation. You’ll help ensure that our clients receive timely, thoughtful responses to their requests - whether you’re sourcing hard-to-get tickets, planning bespoke travel, or coordinating their calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching everything from the best florists in Paris to hidden-gem family villas in Puglia
  • Booking luxury and complex travel itineraries
  • Liaising with tradespeople, domestic staff, and high-end service providers
  • Paying invoices and managing expenses for household teams
  • Sourcing and securing tickets to sold-out events
  • Making restaurant reservations and booking appointments
  • Curating thoughtful gift ideas to suit the client’s preferences and budget
  • Sending detailed calendar invites and managing schedules
  • Helping to organise private events
  • Contributing to our quarterly What’s On cultural guide (art, theatre, music, exhibitions)

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle, concierge, UHNW private PA support, or high-end travel
  • Strong knowledge of London’s cultural landscape - restaurants, events, hotels and more
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask with calm precision
  • A natural team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A second language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus
  • A positive, proactive mindset and solutions-first attitude

Package & Perks

  • Salary from £36,500 DOE
  • Up to 10% performance & revenue bonus
  • 20 days holiday (excluding public holidays and a Christmas break)
  • 1 day WFH a week post training period (6 months)
