Boutique concierge company based in Kensington is looking for an excellent Personal / Executive Assistant to support busy Directors and a small, close-knit office team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, efficient and proactive, who enjoys working in a small team where everyone mucks in. You will work closely with the CEO and Managing Director while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a PA, EA or similar role
  • Hard-working, efficient and calm under pressure

The role

  • PA and EA support to the CEO and Directors
  • Diary management, meetings, appointments and reservations
  • Business and personal travel support
  • Day-to-day admin including expenses, gifts and ad-hoc requests
  • Supporting business projects and internal initiatives
  • Assisting with personal projects when required
  • Helping manage office operations and suppliers
  • Supporting lifestyle team needs including events, travel and documents
  • Maintaining systems, databases and accurate time recording
