Business Administrator Apprentice required for a busy construction business on the outskirts of Taunton, Somerset. Office experience is not required, however having some experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to work under your own initiative would be of benefit.
Main duties will include but are not limited to.
· Processing subcontractors and employee payments.
· Ordering office supplies
· Filing
· Creating and organising project folders
· Inputting information on to spreadsheets
· Photocopying
· Keeping calendars up to date
· Sending confidential information
· Writing letters
· Email Correspondence
· Customer Care
· Maintaining databases and files
· Vehicle checks
· Answering the phone and taking messages as required
· Communicating frequently by phone with subcontractors and employees.
Due to the of our office location, having a full driving licence and your own transport is essential.
