We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to enforce allocated car parking activities across Sizewell ACA, Northern and Southern Park and Ride sites (Darsham, Wickham Market), as well as within designated local community locations. The role requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach, engaging positively with local residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to address parking concerns, support compliance, and minimise disruption. Through professional conduct and effective communication, you will ensure that SPS and SZC are represented in a positive, responsible, and community‑minded manner at all times.

Summary of role & main responsibilities:
- Carry out validation checks of parking permits in line with the expected levels set out by the SZC Parking Manager
- Champion behavioural safety, challenging at-risk behaviours and promoting positive safety conversations
- Monitor vehicle compliance with car park rules, permits, and parking guidelines
- Monitor the occurrence of fly parking in surrounding towns and villages by completing daily patrols and escalating any issues
- Carry out vehicle counts and daily patrols
- Complete incident reporting and follow correct procedures accurately and on time
- Build positive relationships with local residents and community stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and customers
- Communicate operational issues, road incidents, closures, and service disruptions to the Operations Team
Skills & experience:
- Essential: Customer Service background
- A flexible approach to working hours as we are a 24/7 business
- Ability to use IT such as laptop/phone/MS office
- Desirable: Parking experience, Conflict Management
Qualifications & knowledge:
