Overview
The post will be 16 β 19 hours a week based at Burnham on Sea War Memorial Hospital, you will be required to work flexibly and provide administration support and assistance to other departments and across local cluster hospitals in urgent situations at the direction of the Matron, Senior Sister, and Team Leader with possible weekend working and additional hours may be available will be discussed at Interview.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated receptionist to join our Administration team. You must have previous experience as a receptionist, possess excellent customer service, administrative and IT skills. We require a conscientious candidate who can cope with pressure, eager to learn and have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a friendly and efficient front desk service. An outgoing personality, approachability and a professional demeanour will be required as you will be the initial point of contact for our patients and visitors.
