We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team.
The Data Access and Disclosure Office (DADO) Team handle requests for information from the general public, patients, staff, police, solicitors and other third parties under the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Access to Health Records Act 1990 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Main duties of the job
You will require impeccable interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels of seniority, and be able to build excellent working relationships to ensure common goals can be achieved.
You will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and confidential administration service as part of the Data Access and Disclosure Office.
You will contribute as a member of the administrative team to the efficient smooth running of the Data Access and Disclosure Office.
