Glastonbury Surgery is seeking an experienced registered Nurse to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Glastonbury. The role is part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with a flexible pattern to meet patient needs. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, manage patients with long-term conditions, and work closely with GPs and nursing colleagues.
Ideally you are NMC registered, with primary care experience and a collaborative approach to service development within the practice.
