About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join the team at a new opening at the Royal Portbury docks. Providing meals to staff over breakfast and lunch periods. Working independently in the kitchen at times as well as serving, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches using prepped items supplied by our Central Production Kitchen. Acting at times to assist front-of-house team member by handling food service to customers.

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for on-site staff using supplied ingredients.
  • Work independently to manage all kitchen operations during your shift.
  • Help building made to order sandwiches and building plates from the service line.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health.
