Somerset Cricket Foundation seeks a Regional EDI & Discrimination Executive to lead Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and handle discrimination matters across five SW counties. You will liaise with County Boards, clubs, leagues and the ECB Regulator to promote inclusive cricket and provide training and guidance.
The role is hybrid, part-time (18.5 hours/week) on a 2-year fixed contract, starting 1 November, reporting to Maralyn Smith.
