Main Purpose of Job
To support the overall promotion of SCF work through digital and social media content, including the contribution to digital media that build lasting connections with foundation partners and stakeholders of the Foundation.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Programme Officers to deliver the annual communications plan, creating new content and campaigns that supports teams work year-round.
- Responsible for daily posting across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) based on content campaigns identified by teams.
- Creation of social media campaigns to promote the work of SCF and the impact of programmes.
- Support new content creation including news posts, and news articles for website.
- Work with programme officers to create case studies and contributing to the impact reports.
- Support updates to the website, monitoring traffic and working with our internal teams to implement improvements and enhanced functionality, when required.
- Supporting reporting requirements on performance against targets across - social media accounts, Google Analytics for website, Mailchimp for newsletters.

- Ability to effectively plan, curate and post content on social media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital media and creating SEO-friendly website content.
- Strong copywriting and proofing skills.
- A strong understanding of different writing styles and tones of voice.
