Somerset County Cricket Club is seeking a Boys Pathway Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to drive the physical development of our male pathway players at The Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton and other venues. You will lead bespoke S&C programs for ages 13–18, monitor growth and maturation, and work with physiotherapy, medical staff and coaches to prepare players for the professional game.
