Somerset County Council is seeking a Learning Mentor in Taunton to support Education settings and families, promoting engagement and positive outcomes for children and young people aged birth to adulthood. You will work on Key Stage 4 duties, with EHCP reviews, PEPs and transition support.
You will monitor progress and attendance, manage sensitive information, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion alongside the Inclusion Lead. Travel across Somerset may be required.
