Somerset Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join the Realise team in Highbridge.
This role provides tailored support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, inside homes and in the community, following care plans and ensuring dignity and independence.
You will need a full driving licence and your own vehicle, be able to commute to Highbridge, and be available for alternate weekends.
