About Fletcher House

Fletcher House is a welcoming 60-bed residential care home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment. Our residents enjoy a range of comfortable communal dining and lounge areas that encourage social interaction and a strong sense of community.

We are proud to offer the highest standards of professional 24-hour care, supporting both short-term respite stays and longer‑term residential care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing attractive, nutritious and well-balanced meals using fresh produce
  • Catering for special dietary requirements where needed
  • Working with company menus while managing kitchen budgets
  • Ordering, storing and rotating stock appropriately
  • Supporting and coordinating the catering team
  • Maintaining kitchen standards and HACCP records
  • Building relationships with your residents daily to offer choice and meet individual needs.
  • Providing ideas to support with the development and planning of seasonal company menus.

  • Previous experience working within a care home environment is essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for people
  • Right to work in the UK
