Realise provides tailored support for people who may be living with their family, living in their own accommodation or to those who wish to progress to more independent living. A Positive Behaviour Support Worker is our most essential role. You will be working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with a lady who is very active and enjoys the outdoors. She has scheduled activities throughout the week, including swimming, gym, horse riding, walking (has a National Trust card), and work experience once a week with animals. She also holds a pass for the aquarium in Plymouth. Whilst at home, she enjoys her computers, gadgets, and baking.

For this role, you will need to ensure you have:

  • A full valid manual driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Knowledge of the area and able to commute to Wiveliscombe from your home location.
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
  • Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.
