What You’ll Do

  • Plan and coordinate schedules for Care & Support Workers
  • Ensure customers receive the right support at the right time
  • Manage referrals, staff rotas, absences, and holidays
  • Maintain accurate records and update IT systems
  • Provide professional telephone and office support
  • Complete general administration and audit tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to commute to Taunton
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Available to work shifts of 7:00 am–3:30 pm and/or 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday working
  • No previous experience is required – full training will be provided
