Reporting to:Flexible Workforce Team Manager
Somerset Careis looking for an organised, proactive and people-focusedFlexible Workforce Team Co-Ordinatorto join our team.
As part of this key role, you will coordinate and allocate shifts, support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, assist with payroll and agency administration, and help ensure our services have the right people in the right place at the right time.
You will work closely with Home Managers, Area Managers, Recruitment, HR, Payroll and external agency partners, while supporting our Flexible Workforce Team and contributing to excellent care for our customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and using administrative systems.
- Understanding of professional working practices and confidentiality requirements.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, Leadership and Management or equivalent Qualification is desirable not essential.
- Experience in health or social care, workforce planning, rota coordination, recruitment, onboarding, agency management or a regulated environment would be desirable.
