What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain care rotas, ensuring all visits are covered by suitably matched carers.
- Respond to staffing changes, absences, and customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Be the first point of contact for care staff, managers, and customers regarding service delivery.
- Ensure rotas comply with employment legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Support continuity of care and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting (essential)
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Experience supporting and motivating teams
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems effectively
Hours of Work
Fixed 2‑week rolling rota, including alternate Saturdays. Week 1: Monday – 07.00 to 15.30, Tuesday – 10.30 to 18.00, Wednesday – 07.00 to 15.30, Thursday – 09.30 to 18.00, Friday – 09.30 to 18.00. Week 2: Monday – 07.00 to 15.30, Tuesday – 10.30 to 18.00, Wednesday – 07.00 to 15.30, Thursday – OFF, Friday – 09.30 to 18.00 and Saturday – 09.30 to 18.00/ or 07.00 to 15.30 (Rota dependent).
