Join our Realise Team in Highbridge. Our service supports individuals in their homes and out in the community, with personal care, hobbies, and companionship.
Although no experience is required, you will need:
- Knowledge of the Highbridge area and ability to commute there from your home.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.
If you meet these criteria and seek a secure part-time or full-time role, you can start training as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker and develop your social care career.
The role of a Positive Behaviour Support Worker involves:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered support tailored to individual needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, emotional support, social activities, and attending appointments.
- Being a key part of a team that makes a difference in clients\’ lives.
