Our tailored service provides support to people within their own homes, out and about, with personal care, hobbies, or companionship.
Although no experience is required for this role, you will need to ensure you have:
- A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Knowledge of the Highbridge area and able to commute to Highbridge from your home location.
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship).
- Experience in mental health and learning disabilities is desirable.

You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person‑centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual. You’ll be working from care plans, supporting with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, emotional support, social interactions or accompanying those we support to attend their appointments.
