Team Coordinator to provide proactive administrative, organisational and coordination support to the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) and Underwriting Leadership Team (UWLT).
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the Underwriting function through effective diary management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications support and stakeholder engagement.
The Team Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining smooth departmental operations, supporting leadership activities, coordinating team events and communications, and ensuring information, records and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Acting as a trusted point of contact, the role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.

What you'll be responsible for
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Underwriting Leadership Team (UWLT) and Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the function.
- Manage complex diaries and schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and wider departmental activities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and visa requirements where applicable.
- Process and manage UWLT and CUO expenses, credit card reconciliations and expense submissions accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain and organise departmental documentation, records and Share Point sites, ensuring information is up to date, accessible and aligned with company policies and data governance requirements.
- Support the planning and delivery of team events, offsites and social activities, including venue sourcing, logistics, catering and agenda coordination.
- Organise and coordinate meetings across the Underwriting function, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless scheduling and preparation.
- Attend key meetings and sub-committees, producing accurate minutes, recording decisions and tracking actions through to completion.
- Support effective communication across the Underwriting function by coordinating team updates, announcements and key departmental messages.
- Produce, maintain and distribute departmental newsletters and communications to keep colleagues informed of business updates, achievements and upcoming activities.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, helping to create a positive and engaging employee experience from day one.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business priorities, managing ad hoc requests and supporting a wide range of administrative and operational activities.
- Anticipate team and leadership requirements, proactively identifying solutions and taking ownership of tasks to ensure priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
