Pricing Implementation Lead

Description
What you\’ll be responsible for:
- Responsible for the accuracy of prices generated by the Radar Live platform.
- Effective and efficient delivery of changes to the Radar Live platform.
- Hands on development of the Radar Live model.
- Delegating model development to Graduate Analysts and Analysts within the retail team and supporting the development of their Radar Skills.
- Develop robust process for validating the accuracy of the model and communicating this with the wider business.
- Working closely with other pricing teams and stakeholders to prioritise change and deliver key business objectives.
- Supporting the delivery of the Radar Live platform for pricing additional lines of business.
What you\’ll need:
- Several years’ experience developing a General Insurance rating algorithm.
- Experience of developing and deploying a Radar Live rating algorithm highly beneficial.
- Practical experience of Radar preferable.
- An interest in and experience of coding and programming languages useful e.g. SAS, SQL.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Ability to understand complex issues.
- Detail focused.
