Overview
This is a part-time Talent Acquisition Partner role. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire hiring process, deputise for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner when required, and support the delivery of key projects. You will mentor the Talent Acquisition Advisor to support development. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service to both candidates and stakeholders.
What you\βll be responsible for
- Hiring: Conduct in-depth candidate screening calls to assess suitability and ensure a positive first impression of the business.
- Proactively headhunt & build talent pools using LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.
- Prepare and present insights and recommendations for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage a fair and transparent internal and external hiring process to support a diverse workforce.
- Onboard successful applicants, including creating/sending contracts, new starter documentation, and references.
- Create and place engaging adverts on job boards, social media, our intranet, and website.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and third parties to arrange interviews and assessment days.
- Support graduate hiring, including planning, scheduling, sourcing, university partnerships, and assessment centres.
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on continuous improvement recruitment projects.
Stakeholder & Branding
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Be the go-to hiring partner for stakeholders within your remit, understanding their needs and how to attract talent.
- Design and deliver regular hiring manager training to keep them updated on processes and market changes.
Reporting
- Maintain reports for DEI and KPIs, providing insights on areas for improvement.
What you\βll need
- In-house recruitment experience hiring a variety of skillsets.
- Experience coaching and mentoring other Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Skilled head-hunter using LinkedIn and other sourcing routes to proactively source talent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using and improving Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring processes.
- Analytical skills to run reports and turn data into insights.
- Project delivery experience and ability to implement small changes through systems and processes.
- Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
