We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Executive Director to join our Board. The ideal candidate will bring specialist expertise in all or some of these areas - Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Change Management. This role requires a strong commitment to good conduct and governance, ensuring that the company operates with integrity and transparency.
About Us: Somerset Bridge Insurance Services is an MGA of Somerset Bridge Group; a car insurance provider, with additional insurance lines. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are regulated by the FCA and uphold the highest standards of conduct and governance.
Role Duties: You will be expected to devote such time as is necessary for the proper performance of your duties and you should be prepared to spend at least 18 days per year on company business after the induction phase. This is based on preparation for and attendance at:
- Scheduled board meetings
- Scheduled committee meetings (as applicable)
- Individual meetings with compliance director quarterly
- Time spent in the business
As standard, these will be held in Bristol but, on occasion, might be held in the Newcastle or Gibraltar offices.
