The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Reward Partner, you will play a lead role in shaping and delivering our compensation and benefits strategy for a workforce of 700 employees. You’ll design, develop and implement innovative reward programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent, ensuring alignment with our business goals and compliance within a regulated environment. We can be flexible on this role being full-time (37.5 hpw) or part-time (22.5 – 30 hpw).
What you'll be responsible for:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive compensation strategy aligned with the organisation's business goals and objectives. Conduct market analyses to ensure the organisation's salary structures remain competitive.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs along with any changes, to include pensions, life assurance, health care cash plans and wellness initiatives. Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits offerings based on market trends and employee needs.
- Supplier Relationships:
- Job Evaluation and Grading: Maintain the WTW job evaluation & grading process with support from HR team. Ensure new roles are appropriately graded and aligned with the organisation's compensation philosophy. Work with Talent Acquisition team to evaluate new positions as needed.
- Compensation Planning: Manage the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, and bonus programs. Provide guidance to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the organisation's compensation and benefits programs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Support Talent Management Cycle & Outputs.
- Data Analysis and Metrics: Work with HR Team and HR Analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs. Prepare and present reports on key metrics to senior leadership.
What you'll need:
- Prior experience operating at Reward Partner or Manager level.
- Strong understanding of compensation methodologies, market pricing, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
