In this role, you will assist the team with the efficient day-to-day operation of our sports and leisure facilities, ensuring customers can be more active in a safe and customer-focused environment.

Salary: £12.85 – £13.26 per hour

Hours: Part Time

About the Role

We operate various sports sites across Ipswich and seek hard-working, organized, and motivated individuals to join our team. The role requires evening and weekend work, with responsibilities including setting up/down equipment, cleaning, supervising children’s activities, and handling customer enquiries. Flexibility to adapt to different tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. You may also cover children’s parties, so a cheerful attitude is necessary.

Requirements

• Cleaning duties
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

Vacancies and Hours

Two vacancies available on a temporary fixed-term contract until 30th November 2025:

• Wednesday 09:00-15:00 at Whitton Sports Centre
• Wednesday 15:00-22:30 at Gainsborough Sports Centre

Applicants may apply for one or multiple shifts based on availability. Casual positions are not available; only the specified hours are open for recruitment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• GCSE in Maths & English
• DBS clearance
