Worcestershire Schools FA are looking for qualified coaches to support their Girls' County football teams. Ideally, candidates will have experience working in the women's game and will have a minimum of either an FA level 2 or FA Youth Module 2 coaching qualification. This position would especially suit someone working within an RTC or a boys local club.
Responsibilities:
- Support the trials and selection of the Worcestershire Boys U15 county teams.
- Work with team management to coach the team during regional and national fixtures.
- Run sessions/drills at County coaching nights when appropriate.
- Further promote the profile of County representative football within the local area.
This is a part-time coaching role, which would entail approximately 8-10 matches across a season (September-May), and a small number of coaching sessions (approximately 2 hours each) and trials running in early Aug/Sept. The participant would give, on average, no more than 4 hours per fortnight. At this time no exact dates/times have been given.
