County Football Coach

Worcestershire Schools FA are looking for qualified coaches to support their Girls\’ County football teams.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working in the women\’s game and will have a minimum of either an FA level 2 or FA Youth Module 2 coaching qualification. This position would especially suit someone working within an RTC or a boys local club.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the trials and selection of the Worcestershire Boys U15 county teams.
2. Work with team management to coach the team during regional and national fixtures.
3. Run sessions/drills at County coaching nights when appropriate.
4. Further promote the profile of County representative football within the local area.

This is a part-time coaching role, which would entail approximately 8-10 matches across a season (September-May), and a small number of coaching sessions (approximately 2 hours each) and trials running in early Aug/Sept. The participant would give, on average, no more than 4 hours per fortnight.
