- Adult Team Building Activities Facilitators: Unleash your inner leader and help teams connect and collaborate!
- Children's Activities Leaders: Spark joy and create unforgettable experiences for kids!
- Climbing Wall, Archery & Extreme Inflatables Advanced Leaders: Take adventure to the next level and guide participants through thrilling challenges!
Responsibilities:
- Create a fantastic experience for our participants by greeting them warmly and providing quick, helpful service.
- Ensure smooth operations and an optimal experience for everyone through effective time management.
- Assist the Team Leader in resolving participant inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
Don't worry if you're not an expert – we provide full training for all roles. What we really need is your infectious energy, positive attitude, and drive to be part of our amazing company culture.
What You'll Bring:
- Flexibility to work throughout May-August 2025.
- Ability to travel between venues in and around Bedford.
- A can-do attitude and a passion for physical activity, sport, and adventure (a background in these areas is a plus!).
