About Us

Somersault is a leading creative agency and production company working with international clients including AWS, Fujitsu, and the London Stock Exchange Group. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Producer / Director to join our team, initially on a 3 month contract.

What You’ll Do

  • Working alongside client and project managers, developing ideas and concepts.
  • Presenting concepts and production plans.
  • Full breadth video production delivery, including location shoots.
  • Working as part of a project team, ensuring excellent client experience and high quality work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience and skills in creative and idea development, working with structure and presenting ideas in an interesting and compelling way.
  • Experience in senior production roles with proven expertise in video production.
  • Management experience with the ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of production equipment, and hands on skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Strong client communication skills and experience managing client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.
  • Commercially aware, delivering projects on budget and achieving utilisation thresholds.

This role will be based in our south Cambridge office for at least a day per week, with some travel required for on-location shoots (UK and occasional international travel).
