Our talent arm focuses on building, managing and scaling high-performing TikTok LIVE presenters and creators who power some of the biggest LIVE moments on the platform. What you will do
This is a talent-first, commercially driven role. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to recruit, develop and manage a roster of TikTok LIVE presenters, with secondary focus on content creators. You’ll be responsible for finding the best on-camera talent, shaping their performance and ensuring they are deployed effectively across client LIVE programmes. This role suits someone who has already worked in influencer or talent management and understands how to balance talent relationships with commercial outcomes.
- Talent Recruitment (Core Focus)
- Proactively source and recruit TikTok LIVE presenters
- Identify high-potential on-camera talent with strong selling ability
- Run casting, auditions and trial LIVE sessions
- Build a deep pipeline of reliable, high-performing LIVE hosts
- Recruit supporting content creators where relevant

- Own relationships with a roster of LIVE presenters
