Affiliates are one of the most powerful levers in TikTok Shop - and as Head of Affiliates, you will own this function end-to-end. You will define how we recruit, manage and scale creator relationships across our client portfolio, build the strategies that connect the right creators to the right products at the right moments, and lead a team that delivers measurable GMV impact.
What You Will Do
- Enterprise Client Leadership
- Own and lead Somerce's most valuable, complex client relationships at the most senior level.
- Build deep partnerships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce and commercial functions.
- Navigate complex internal structures - across brand teams, regional leads, procurement, legal and finance - with confidence and clarity.
- Act as the strategic partner clients turn to when they have a big question, a difficult decision or a new opportunity.
- Protect and grow revenue across your portfolio through exceptional delivery and trusted relationships.
- Strategic Planning & Commercial Growth
- Own the TikTok Shop strategy for your enterprise accounts - market by market, brand by brand.
- Build multi-quarter growth plans that integrate paid, affiliate, live commerce and content into a single commercial roadmap.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts: new markets, new product lines, new channels.
- Lead global-to-local strategy work - translating brand positioning into TikTok-native approaches that perform across the UK, US and EU.
- Partner with senior leadership at Somerce to shape how we approach and retain enterprise accounts.
- Performance & Commercial Accountability
- Own GMV targets across your portfolio and hold delivery tightly.
- Stay across performance daily - understanding variances and driving corrective action before clients need to ask.
- Lead QBRs, annual planning sessions and executive-level reviews with confidence and rigour.
- Present performance narratives that are clear, honest and commercially grounded - not dressed up.
- Forecast accurately and manage client expectations with transparency.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Map and manage complex, multi-layered stakeholder relationships within each enterprise account.
- Build relationships beyond your day-to-day contacts - into the decision-makers who renew, expand and champion the partnership.
- Handle difficult conversations - around performance, scope, budget and strategy - with professionalism and composure.
- Represent Somerce at senior client events, agency reviews and industry forums.
- Proactively manage renewal and contract expansion cycles, with full commercial awareness.
- Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the internal voice of your enterprise clients - ensuring the wider Somerce team understands priorities, pressures and opportunities.
- Set the brief for channel leads (paid, affiliates, content, trading) and hold them accountable to delivery.
- Escalate and resolve issues quickly, without drama.
- Contribute to agency-level thinking on how to structure, resource and grow our enterprise offering.
- Mentor Account Directors and senior account team members on enterprise client management.
How You'll Work
- High-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment - you will have the autonomy to make decisions and the accountability to live with them.
- You are expected to move quickly, think strategically and communicate with clarity at every level.

- This is a role for someone who has done this before at scale and is ready to do it again somewhere that moves faster.
