We\โ€™re now looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving client success.

The Role:

In this role, you\โ€™ll lead day-to-day account management, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies that grow and optimise TikTok Shop performance. Working across incredible brands, you\โ€™ll be at the centre of campaign planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring our clients see measurable results and sustained growth.

Requirements

What you\โ€™ll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships; act as the main point of contact for day-to-day account needs.
  • Affiliate Strategy, Product Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimise e-commerce campaigns across platforms (TikTok Shop) to achieve client KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and overall account performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams, translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand accounts
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with social commerce trends, platform features, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.
  • Paid Media: Work with Account Directors and Director of Performance to learn and own GMV Max for your clients

What we\โ€™re looking for:

  • At least 1 years account management experience in e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, or social commerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • A passion for content and desire to flex creative skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence analysing performance.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Ambitious, creative, and excited to be part of a high-growth environment.
