We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially savvy EA to support the founder of Somerce across business operations, finance, client management, and marketing coordination. This is a hybrid role blending executive assistance with financial oversight and internal coordination - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to be close to the action.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule, travel, and inbox
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact internally and externally
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings
- Track key priorities and follow-ups
- Finance & Internal Ops
- Monitor and update cash flow, budgets, and revenue forecasts
- Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and monthly reporting (in collaboration with accountant/bookkeeper)
- Track client performance vs commercial agreements (retainers + commission)
- Prepare internal dashboards and client profitability summaries
- Assist in contract reviews and renewals
- Client Liaison
- Coordinate reports, timelines, and feedback loops across accounts
- Ensure clients are billed accurately and timely
- Marketing Coordination
- Support the founder and marketing team with content calendar organisation
- Organise case studies, testimonials, and campaign wrap-ups
- Liaise with external contractors for content, design, or campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as an EA, operations manager, or finance admin
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Confident communicator, able to handle clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in a marketing, agency or creator/influencer environment is a bonus
- Organised, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
