We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Dietitian Expert Witness to provide independent, evidence-based opinions in medico-legal cases involving infants, children, and young people. Our expert dietitians provide independent, evidence-based assessments for medico-legal reporting, for cases involving nutritional care, dietary management, and the impact of diet on health outcomes, providing impartial opinions to support litigation involving nutritional care, growth, feeding, and diet-related conditions.

Areas of Expertise May Include:

  • Growth faltering/failure to thrive
  • Feeding difficulties and enteral nutrition
  • Food allergies and intolerance
  • Nutritional management of chronic conditions
  • Obesity and weight management
  • Neonatal and infant nutrition
  • Safeguarding and neglect related to nutrition
