We are recruiting Specialist Nurse Expert Witnesses. Use your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference in legal cases involving care needs.
Are you a currently practicing nurse with at least 7 years of experience in community care? We are looking for skilled professionals to join our expert witness team, providing independent opinions on the care needs of both adults and children involved in legal claims.
We are particularly interested in nurses who have:
- Held community-based roles informing decisions around care provision (nursing and domiciliary care)
- Experience in children’s community nursing and/or adult case management
- Developed and overseen complex care packages, including agency-led and directly employed arrangements
- Supported adults and children with complex, long-term health and social care needs
- A commitment to safe, person-centred and outcome-focused care
We are currently seeking nurses with expertise in:
- Community paediatrics
- Spinal injuries (all levels, paediatric and adult)
- Traumatic brain injury (paediatric and adult), including:
- Walking wounded
- High-level physical functional difficulties
- Cognitive difficulties
- Minimal awareness
