We're looking for a self-driven, senior-level Sales Specialist to help grow out the Modern Workplace offering. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping how the organisation goes to market.
You'll be working within a newly-formed product unit, so there's lots of scope to influence sales processes and help define the approach. Collaboration across teams is key - especially with account managers, marketing, product and customer success - and you'll play a big part in expanding the company footprint both with existing clients and new business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing a pipeline from lead to close.
- Leading product demos and communicating our value clearly to potential customers.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Feeding back insights from the market to improve how we operate.
- Bringing a structured, consistent approach to reporting, forecasting, and CRM usage.
- Working closely with key partners to accelerate deal velocity.
What we're looking for:
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in the tech or cloud services space.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and general IT/cloud principles.
- Experience working with Microsoft vendors or service providers.
- A track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative approach and commercial mindset.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the contact centre world and experience in a fast-scaling business environment.
