What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries - no cold calling
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle and finance needs
- Using internal systems to match customers with suitable leasing or finance options
- Providing clear, friendly advice and seeing the process through to sale
- Managing your pipeline and hitting monthly targets
- Delivering excellent customer service every time
