£50 - 55k

This isn't your standard PM role. We need someone with a broader understanding of account management and customer success along with project delivery. This position could suit a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with project management experience, looking to further their career in Project Management - or a Project Manager who enjoys the client growth and account management side.

Our client is a technology specialist, offering bespoke solutions to their customers across Microsoft technologies including Dynamics, Power Platform, Data, and AI.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating delivery of a portfolio of roughly 4 to 10 projects across multiple customers. These will range from short 3 / 4 days projects to £50k, 3 month durations or longer.

You will work closely with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to deliver projects across Microsoft technologies including Dynamics, Power Platform, Data, and AI. You will be highly client facing and ensure the success of the projects while acting as the account manager and primary contact for that customer.

You will conduct regular account reviews and customer check-ins to monitor satisfaction, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement or expansion. You will identify opportunities for additional client support, future phases of work and ongoing collaboration.

Your background:

  • Previous experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, or Professional Services roles within IT and Technology, specifically Microsoft tech stack.
